Mountain biking in SalzburgerLand - 4,000 kilometres of cross-border mountain biking, serving up fantastic sporting challenges whether you are a total newcomer or are already a regular on the mountain-bike scene.
Top international events, such as the UCI Road World Championships in the autumn of 2006, the 2002 Mountain Bike World Championships in Kaprun, along with challenging trails and bike parks, have long since made a name for the SalzburgerLand as a biking paradise.
The idyllic medieval town of Zell am See will serve as our home for the week, it is ideally located only 1 hour from Salzburg Airport and in the heart of SalzburgerLand, it has quick access to the best mountain biking that the region has to offer.

From here you will explore a different part of the Salzburger region everyday. From the wonders of the Krimml falls - with a total drop of 380m putting them amongst the largest waterfalls in Europe, to Saalbach with its famous 5 Gondola tour, or Leogang which is best known for the largest freeride park in Europe. Leogang also offers the best and the most varied dirt-roads and single-tracks in Austria.
Today, the whole Rad and Bike Pinzgau region is one of the hottest spots for mountain bikers.
